MICE Concierge is an AI-powered operational and planning concierge platform built specifically for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (M.I.C.E.). The platform provides automated RFP generation, concession matrix audits, and attendee inquiry routing support.

3. User Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including passwords and session tokens). You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches involving your account.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Deploy malicious, deceptive, or abusive bots.
• Scrape, download, or harvest intellectual property or proprietary algorithms from the platform.
• Expose attendee contacts to spam, unsolicited advertisements, or bulk messaging schemes.
• Violate local, national, or international data privacy laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

MICE Concierge is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from operational delays, event cancellations, or data loss.
