Over his 25+ year career in marketing, business strategy, and virtual community development—including more than two decades leading Short Circuit Media—he has been at the forefront of digital transformation for meeting professionals.
Rather than focusing on theoretical AI talk, Aidan builds real, practical AI systems that automate prospecting, sales outreach, and proposal discovery. His custom tools and workflow templates help professional speakers, trainers, and organizations shorten sales cycles and reclaim dozens of manual hours each week—all while ensuring AI is used to support, not replace, human judgment and trust.
