Is this software I have to install?
No. We configure and deploy everything for you. As a fully managed AI event platform, we integrate natively with your current workflows, SMS, and web channels.
What is the difference between Starter and a custom deployment?
Starter uses our reference playbooks trained on 3,000+ AI MICE tools; a custom deployment is trained specifically on your event, your private data, and your branding.
Can I add more custom MICE Concierge deployments?
Yes. You can scale infinitely by adding standalone custom MICE Concierge deployments for $7,500 each at any time.
How long does setup take?
The MICE Advisor AI takes 1–2 weeks to configure. Custom attendee deployments require 2–4 weeks before the event kicks off to ensure proper training and branding sync.
Is there a contract commitment?
Our plans are billed on an annual cycle with a 30-day onboarding period. Standard terms of service apply to event-by-event custom deployments.
What languages are supported?
MICE Concierge is English-only for now. However, multi-lingual capabilities (including Spanish, French, German, and Arabic) are on our roadmap and will be released in future platform updates.
